This BT adapter works very well as advertised. I bought it mainly so I could use my iPod Nano 6th Gen (w/touch screen) on a wrist band without having a headphone cord bouncing all over as I run. It synced very quickly with my headphones. Since it is powered by the Nano, it causes the Nano power to drain more quickly, but it would easily last 3-4 hours still. My headphones die before then, so I'm not exactly sure how long.
Also, I tested it by syncing it with my car stereo, which worked also. In both cases, I didn't even need to enter a PIN to make them sync, which is good, because the Nano doesn't have a way to enter a PIN. So this product performed exactly as was advertised.
The only reason I didn't give a five star rating is because of the couple of minor Cons I found. Because the BT adapter plugs into the charging port of the iPod, you can't be charging the iPod at the same time. While running, no issue. However, if I were wanting to listen to music on a long road-trip, then being able to use the BT and charge at the same time would be handy. Also, the instruction manual says that the other devices must have common PINs, like 0000, 1111, 1234, etc. So if the device you are trying to sync your iPod to has an unusual PIN, then it may not work.
I am very happy with this purchase.

This device works perfectly with the iPod Nano 6th gen. The sound through my Motorola s10 HD is superb (once you use the correct size ear buds. The size of the ear buds affects the sound so it can be tailored to what you like). The iPod Nano has to be re-charged after every workout since the i10s uses a lot of the Nano's battery. My workouts are slightly less than 2 hours.
Both the Pro's and Con's are the same. The extremely small size and light weight is a plus. The con is the same. It can easily slip out of your fingers when attaching and detaching so be careful. I don't need to have some one (or me) step on it or have it slide under a locker (that happened).
I definitely recommend this product. A friend of mine also bought one (he also has other brands) and loves it as well.

It works really nice and pairs fast. I use it with my 6 generation ipod nano in my wrist (iWatchz Q Series watchband) when I go to the gym, and it doesn't bother me at all (which was a concern when I got it). Is the tiniest I found after doing my research. Depending on your needs I highly recommend this product.
